Today I’m in Munich (Germany), but also here I find the time to dedicate a few minutes to a workout. I decide to do an exercise that I do every year during the sport medicine examination for the exercise ECG, where you jump up and down and up and down.
You only need a knee-high bench or wall…which I’m sure you’ll find in every city or outside. Put the right foot on the bench/wall, followed by the left one. Than put the right foot back down, followed by the left one. Repeat this exercise until you are out of breath and your legs resist.
A hint: Let your mind wander and try to breathe regularly.
