Our back is working hard every day. When we lift something heavy or even when we just sit in a bad position. For that reason it’s very important to train it well.
Let’s start! Lay down on your belly on a mat, a carpet or just on the floor. Than bend your elbows backwards a few times and lift your torso while doing that; and go back to the starting position. Repeat this exercise as often as you can without jerkily movements! With this exercise you’ll workout your lower back.
After that you can arch your back like a cat to relax the muscles and voilà … you did something great for your back.
