Two hours ago I left for an easy walk in direction of Platzlung: an old disused farm in a beautiful location just outside of Brixen.
On the way up I saw a trunk lying over the path in the forest and I thought instantly on today’s exercise: the pull-up.
Pull-ups are a must for every workout plan, because you have to use different groups of muscles at the same time…especially the arm, back and chest muscles, but also the abdominals need to be tensed. You need a horizontal bar, a strong doorframe or a tree with strong limbs that can hold your weight. Now simply pull-up as often as you can.
