The X-Mass holidays are over and so most of you, like me, are back in the office.
For that reason today’s exercise is meant for the coffee break. Why don’t we sometimes use those minutes in a different way: e.g. for some reverse push-ups.
Grab your office chair on the margin and pay attention that your shoulders are right over your hands; then form a straight line with your body and start bending your elbows and pressing back up to the starting position. Repeat this exercise as often you can. This is an excellent workout for your triceps.
