Day 13: Firm arms

During a walk to the Fane Alp above Vals I was thinking about problem areas, although I really don’t like to talk about that. But if someone is not so happy with his arms this exercise is just the right thing to do:


Stand with straddled legs and hold the arms straight away on the side of the shoulders. Start doing small and fast up and down movements with the arms, followed by back and forth movements. Are the arms already hurting a bit? Then make small circles with the arms: First in one direction and than in the other. Don’t give up. Finally open and close your fingers until you can’t anymore.

Relax your arms.
