Day 15: The lower back

When you workout at home you always risk to forget a few muscle groups or to train them not enough. This happens often with the back muscles. Ok, they get trained automatically during a lot of exercises, but it’s also important to do a focused workout to avoid future problems with your back.

15.TagUntererRücken

To strengthen the back muscles (lumbar region) and at the same time the gluteal muscles you can lay down on your belly on a mat or a carpet and lean your forehead on your folded arms. Than you lift one leg straight in the air and start doing small up and down movements. Than repeat it with the other leg. It’s very easy!
