Good morning! Last Sunday we did something to get firm arms and because it helps for our arms it’s for sure also good for our legs.
Just sit down on a mat, a carpet or on the floor with straight legs and support your body with the arms. Lift one leg and start doing small up and down movements: First with straight toes and then with bended ankles. Than move on with the other leg.
