Sit down on a chair with the left elbow on the left thigh and grab the back of the knee of your right leg with your left hand. Put the right hand on the chair as support. Then lift your right leg just with the strength of your arm. This is a good alternative to train the biceps without barbells.
If it’s to easy, you can increase the resistance with your leg.
