There is one point that I’m sure we all agree. All of us, women and men love a bootylicious butt. But we have to work for that. Let’s start with hip lifts to train our butt muscles and the back muscles of the thighs.
Lay down on your back with the arms on the side and bent knees. Lift your hip until the thighs and your torso are in a straight line and now tense your butt muscles. Then come back down, but without touching the mat. Repeat it as often as possible.
