We are about to start! Skiing at Kronplatz. It’s already two years since I went skiing last time. So I cannot wait to begin. But before starting I want to warm-up my thighs: With a few knee bends.
Standing straight with hip-wide legs and the hands on my hips I bend my thighs until they are horizontal and then I come back. My back stays straight and the knees remain over the feet. I am forward looking and after a few repetitions I’m ready for the first slope.
