If I look around in my apartment I find a lot of tools for my workout. Water bottles can replace barbells and we find also a medicine ball… made out of a cooking pot filled with books. This we will use for today’s abdominals-training. With a bit of fantasy it works out very well!
I sit down with bold knees and lean my torso slightly back. A straight back is a must. I hold the pot with both hands near my body and turn my torso to the right and then to the left. But don’t exaggerate. With this exercise I train the straight and lateral abdominals and the hip muscles.
