Do you like jogging during the winter months? I cannot motivate me for that: It’s cold, and when I’ve the time for that it’s not bright enough or still too dark outside! As running is very healthy and peps the circulation, increases the endurance and – depending on the style the velocity– of course fortifies the legs my winter-alternative at home are „skippings“.
Just start running on a spot with a straight back: Make small and fast steps and lift your knees till they are horizontal. It’s a very easy exercise which you can do everywhere without problems.
