Today it’s again time for a tiny competition. It’s about sitting as long as you can. It sounds very easy. The difficulty is, that you have to sit in the air and lean on a wall.
Lean your back straight on a wall and bend your knees 45°. The arms dangle arpound the body. The first two minutes were quite easy, but then the thighs started to burn and after another minute couldn’t stand it anymore… .
How long did you hold the position? I felt on my butt after 4 minutes and 38 seconds. The next time I will put a pillow under my bottom…just as precaution!
