Good morning! There are a few exercises that I’m sure everyone knows: Maybe from the abs, legs & butt workout, or specific workouts for the big gluteal muscle and the leg muscles in the gym or perhaps the internet: the lunge.
Just stand up straight, hands on your hips, look in front of you, tense your abdominals and start making a large step forward until the thigh and the lower leg form a 90° angle. The knee should not go further than your toe and must show in the same direction. Than push your front foot back in the starting position. And now go on alternating your legs.
