Did you ever watch a beetle laying on its back? It’s fidgeting around with its legs and trying to get back on its feet with all its strength. The exercise of today does exactly this – but a bit more controlled. The exercise is good for the abdominals and the hip muscles and is called „the beetle“.
Lay on your back with straight arms and legs, but without putting them down on the mat. Than bring together one hand and the opposite foot and then the other hand and the other foot…
Beetles sometimes need a little help to turn around and get back on their feet. I’m sure that can do it alone after this exercise!
