Wouldn’t it be great to fly around once like Superman? The answer is obviously Yes! The probability that it happens is quite small though – at least at the moment. But if it should be possible in the future we must know at least how to get into the different Superman-flying-positions. For that reason it’s the best thing to start right now to train that and at the same time also to increase the strength in the back and the arms.
Just lie down straight on the belly and lift the arms, the chest and the legs a bit. Then start to bend alternately one arm backwards. Of course both hands are balled to fists.
During this exercise you can close your eyes and imagine flying over the roofs of Metropolis and accomplish heroic deeds.
