Did you know that pandas from time to time pee while doing a handstand in order to mark their area? The higher the pee gets, the higher the ranking of the animal. Incredible, but a good reason to start to exercise the tiny handstand and increase at the same time the coordination and the arm muscles. You never know!
The starting position is the same as for the pandas: On all fours, on a mat or a mattress to land softy in case. Now you have to try to jump off and bring the weight on your arms. The goal is to get the bottom over the shoulders. The knees stay bend doing the whole exercise.
