Children’s playgrounds are actually for kids and to play and for that there are wooden castles with slides, colourful climbing frames, gymnastic bars in different sizes, swings and sometimes also rings. Most of the adults are just sitting around, are bored watching their kids instead of running around or climbing with them or working out playfully with a bit of fantasy by the way.
For today’s abdominal exercise I hold my self on a wooden beam on the play castle with the feet dangling around and I lift my bend knees a few times to the chest and bring them slightly back down. Very simple but effective!
And after that have fun playing around!
