Actually I already wanted to open the hiking season, but the weather queered my pitch. Damn! And so there is nothing else left to do then some dry runs and train the legs and the endurance with the “inside mountain climber”.
I get into the push-up position with the left foot under my chest and the right leg stretched backwards. Now I start switching the legs without a break and I bear up as long as I can!
