Day 122: The cat’s arch

I owe today’s exercise to the face to face encounter of my neighbours’ dog and a cat: The dog woofed and the cat arched immediately the back and hissed. And exactly with such a cat’s arch I will strengthen my back – especially the spine muscles – and the abdominals.

I start on all fours and build a straight line with the hips, the back and my head. Then I press my back upwards, hold shortly the position and lower it back down.
