Today I have a training where I must stay seated quit and listen carefully the whole day. That sounds easy but for me it’s really strenuous. Therefore I use the lunch break to push my self a bit and train my legs and the gluteal muscles with lateral lunges.
I stand straight with closed legs and make a big step to the right, bend my right leg and make a deep squat. My right knee is always over the right foot; my back and the left leg are straight. I extend the arms forward to hold the balance. Then I push back into the starting position and go on, on the other side.
