While doing today’s exercise for the abdominals I feel like a frog on a laboratory bench. Luckily my belly will not be cut, but gets even stronger.
I lay on my back with the arms crossed on my shoulders. I bend my legs, lower the knees in direction of the floor and get the soles of my feet together. Then I look upwards and lift my head, the shoulders and the upper back slightly up and lower it back down; but without touching the floor.
