In less then an hour the last gymnastics competition of the season will begin in Latsch. Of course I am also participating. But before that here is today’s exercise to increase the supporting strength: the crab walk.
I sit on the floor with bend legs and the arms placed behind my back. Now I lift my hips up until my torso and the knees build a straight line and start walking around: Forward, backward, to the right and then of course also to the left.
Good walking around and cross your fingers for the competition!
