Today’s push up variation – to start in a great way the month of June – is inspired by the famous comic hero Spiderman and imitates a bit his climbing movements. Of course it’s as always a great workout for the triceps, the shoulders and the body tense.
I start in the classic push up position with shoulder wide arms. During the lowering of the body I bring the left knee to the left elbow and push it afterwards back into the starting position. Then I make the next push up and bring the right knee to the right elbow. And I go on and on as long as my arms resist.
