Day 158: The star jumper

With today’s exercise it’s possible to become a star and train at the same time the bounce and the endurance. The (star)-shine will come out by his one after a while with this sweaty workout!

I stand straight with closed legs. Then I bend my legs a bit, cross the arms in front of my torso, swing them outwards and upwards explosively and jump as high as I can. In the air I extend my arms and legs and become a star for a second. Back on the ground I get immediately in the starting position to become as often as I can a star.
