Today I’m in Pesaro with a few boys of my gymnastics group for the GPT National Championship. And before we start the competition I do a good exercise for the biceps and the forearms.
I sit down with bended legs in front of my room door and hold the door knob with my hands. Then I pull my self up only with the strength of my arms until my face is in one line with the knob and then I lower my body back down slowly.
