Sometimes it’s quite useful to combine exercises to train different muscle groups at the same time. Today I combine push ups to train the triceps, the chest and shoulder muscles and the supporting strength and the lateral position for the body tense and the balance.
I start in the push up position, lower my body and during the upwards movement I push my right hand and the right foot with drive in the air and rotate them backwards until I’m in the lateral position. Then I move back in the starting position and push my left hand and the left foot up after the next push up. I go on alternately.
