Jumping off with booth hands and landing back on the floor while doing push-ups is not so difficult to do. It’s much more complicated to start with shoulder wide hands and closed legs, get down, push up very fast and take off with booth hands and legs and on top straddle them in the air. And it’s not over, because it’s important to get the arms and legs back down for a safe landing. That’s a very good exercise for the triceps, the chest and shoulder muscles, the coordination and the body tense.
