The „Five Tibetan Rites“ are exercises, which should no only help to find the external balance of the body, but also the inner balance of the spirit and the soul. The first exercise, which strengthens the balance and also the sense of orientation, is the spinner.
I stand straight with slightly straddled legs and laterally extended arms. The palms of my hands look downwards. Now I start rotating my body clockwise. It’s very important not to exaggerate, to choose the speed of rotation carefully and to do the exercise in a spacious place.
