It’s definitely time to make pull-ups again, but this time with the palms of the hands facing me! So I walked a while in search of a strong branch or a bar.
I found a branch in the woods and jumped on it with the thumbs facing each other and the palms of the hands facing me. For the rest everything remains the same: I simply pull my body up as often I can until my chin is above the branch and lower it down slightly. This hand-position is the best way to work out the biceps.
