Today I’m again on my favourite kid’s playground where the play castle is again just perfect for the abdominal training.

Day 145: Going down
When I make a push up on the floor the limit of going down is of course the floor. Today I will lower my self down much more putting my hands on a horizontal bar on a kid’s playground. The hands are not as usual right under my shoulders but in front of me. So I have the chance to challenge my triceps and the body tense even harder. It’s no so easy but give it a try.
Day 132: On the kid’s playground
Today I’m again on a playground for kids to hang on a wooden beam of a play castle and train the abdominals – mainly the lateral ones.
Day 76: Playful workout!
Children’s playgrounds are actually for kids and to play and for that there are wooden castles with slides, colourful climbing frames, gymnastic bars in different sizes, swings and sometimes also rings. Most of the adults are just sitting around, are bored watching their kids instead of running around or climbing with them or working out playfully with a bit of fantasy by the way.
